FRM has donated to 30 worthy causes with the help of their associates. FRM associates submitted charities and causes that are important to them and compiled a list of 30 charities and a total of $30,000 was divided evenly between the charities.

Each year FRM has been able to increase the number of charities supported, the first year it was three, in 2020 it was 10 and in 2021 we donated to 20 great organizations Being able to increase the number of charities and the amount given to each one was exciting and rewarding. $1,000 donations are being sent to a variety of great organizations – from foster children, cancer research, veteran support, service dog training, ALS and several other charities.

Jay was born and raised in the Kansas City, MO area and studied Geography at University of Central Missouri and Business Administration at Avila University. Jay joined Milbank in 2014 as a consultant for the Powergen Division. Since then, Jay has held many roles, lastly Director of Sales.  Before joining Milbank, Jay owned a power generation sales company focused on buying and selling engines and generators primarily for oil field applications. Prior to this, Jay worked for Foley Equipment (CAT) running the Power Solutions division and has held senior leadership positions at other multi-national equipment manufacturers.

FRM is excited to welcome the addition of Tyler Sanborn as an Outside Salesman supporting Richmond, VA and the Tidewater area. Tyler brings 10+ years of leadership and coaching experience coupled with a competitive drive that led him to play professional basketball. Tyler is a graduate of Guilford College in 2010 where he played Basketball. After graduating, Tyler played NBA Summer League with the Los Angeles Lakers and played professionally in both Spain and France for two seasons. As a recipient of many awards and accolades on the court, Tyler then took his basketball career to the next level as Assistant Basketball Coach at Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA. After 5 successful seasons as an Assistant Coach, Tyler accepted the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Ferrum College located in Ferrum, VA where he spent the last 5 years. As Head Coach, Tyler was responsible for all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program at an NCAA Division III institution which included recruitment, budget management, fundraising, marketing, and developing student-athletes. Tyler brings a unique skill set to our team and a competitive drive to excel in this next chapter of his career.

Chad has also spent time on the distribution side of our business, working for CED as a Manager of the Gainesville, GA PC for seven years. His entry into our industry was with T&B where he spent three years as Inverter Sales Manager.
